We set your payment schedule (see below) to coincide with the deposit and payment requirements of the airlines, hotels and tour companies. Once we make payments on your behalf, these payments are non-refundable.

In the event you decide to cancel, our refund policy is as follows:

• Up to June 15th: 100% refund
• Up to July 15th:  100% refund minus $100 administrative fee
• Up to August 15th:  100% refund minus $500
• Up to September 15th:  Refund minus $700 (Land Only); $2,000 (Full Tour)
• After September 15th:   No refunds available

What if Passion & Fire cancels the tour?

     Passion & Fire will not cancel the tour unless the US Government and the Israeli Government issue travel restrictions that prevent us or make it unwise for us to hold the tour. In the event that this happens, we will work with the hotels and airlines to get you the best possible refund. We cannot guarantee what those refunds will be. However, they will be equal to or better than the above schedule.

We highly recommend that you purchase trip insurance to cover you in the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your tour.
